Join The Ciderologist, Gabe Cook, for an update on the global state of cider.
What’s hot in Latvia? Who are the movers and shakers in the USA? How many different ways can pork be served at a single sitting to be washed down with apfelwein in Germany (answer: five)?
Gabe will also dig into the vaults to select a number of bottles of rare and unique ciders to taste from nations such as the USA, Germany, Czech Republic, Croatia and Spain.
To top things off on this global jaunt, Gabe will be showcasing the art and skill of how (or how not) to undertake escansiar – the long pour.
Fancy having a go? If you so, you will automatically be entered in the Long Pour World Championships where you can represent your nation, county or village!
